Title: LCV NORTHCOM NTC: Supply Technician Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary The Supply Technician supports maintenance and logistics operations by managing equipment records, maintenance documentation, and reporting systems. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data within GCSS-Army and other approved logistics information systems, tracking equipment status, processing maintenance-related transactions, supporting operational readiness, and providing administrative and logistical support to management.

The position also ensures compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and maintenance recordkeeping requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and customer service objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain, update, and manage equipment and maintenance data within GCSS-Army and other approved logistics information systems.

Input, validate, export, and report vehicle and equipment information with a high degree of accuracy. Open, close, update, and adjust maintenance and service transactions, including parts requisitions and related processes. Generate and maintain equipment tracking databases, reports, and spreadsheets.

Process work orders and record mechanic labor hours and maintenance activities. Update and manage preventive maintenance and service schedules. Modify and update MMDFs as directed by the Maintenance Manager. Coordinate and process dispatch operations.

Provide logistics and administrative support to management and operational teams. Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational and maintenance reports. Support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Quality Assurance (QA) program requirements.

Maintain historical maintenance records and ensure accurate documentation within maintenance management systems. Process and track documentation related to equipment disposition, classification, controlled exchange, and cannibalization actions.

Assist with on-the-job training, mentoring, and cross-training of team members. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, SOPs, DOPs, safety requirements, environmental regulations, and quality standards. Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.

Must be free of medical restriction/ limitations that prevent the wearing and utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Must be able to lift and carry up to forty pounds unassisted. Must be able to team lift to fifty pounds in a two-person lift.

Must be able to climb in and out of military vehicles and related equipment. Must be able to work in cramped areas for at least two continuous hours. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions to include intense heat, heavy wind, blowing sand, heavy rain, snow, and sleet.

Employees shall utilize all proper lifting procedures and practices associated with all lifting and material handling tasks that are assigned and associated with this job description. Perform additional duties and special assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Must possess a valid State Real ID High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Must be able to pass pre-employment and background checks related to the position. Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a military operator’s permit for each type of vehicle or equipment required to operate.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must understand and be able to use technical manuals. Must be experienced in computer and office machine usage. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Minimum of two (2) years’ direct GCSS-ARMY maintenance experience preferred.

Completed and certified in GCSS-Army Maintenance Business Area preferred.
