- In this role, you will be part of the team that ensures AWS's supply chain can deliver the datacenter racks, servers
- networking equipment to our datacenters across the globe. The rest of the supply chain looks to us to clear strategic problems and "enable" them to focus on execution. We are the jack-of-all-trades with the best understanding of how the entire end-to-end supply chain works and how to help it run better. You will partner directly with a local Technical Program Manager (TPM), building and executing a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program and serving as the vital tactical link to our centralized corporate Trade, Tax

- must be able to translate customer and regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables, determine what is a true requirement versus a nice-to-have

The ideal candidate is technically savvy, capable of leveraging AWS's internal business and artificial intelligence tool to gather data and identify risks before they become problems, as well as interact with both internal and external senior leaders to gain support for new initiatives and obtain consensus with AWS customers. - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery
- communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management
