Job Description Associate Consultant / Analyst (Grade 130) – Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) Primary Market Research Consulting Profile Global Analytics Team Role Purpose Support the delivery of consulting-led Primary Market Research (PMR) engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare clients across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

The role involves conducting qualitative and mixed-methodology research, secondary research, stakeholder interactions, discussion guide development, insight generation, data analysis, storyboarding and preparation of client-ready presentations.

The individual will work closely with senior consultants and project managers while continuously building consulting, analytical and innovation capabilities. Principal Accountabilities Support end-to-end execution of qualitative and mixed-methodology PMR projects under guidance of project leads.

Develop discussion guides, screeners, questionnaires and interview materials aligned to client objectives. Conduct structured secondary/desk research to build therapeutic area, market and competitive understanding. Support stakeholder interviews, expert interviews and synthesis of qualitative insights.

Analyze qualitative findings along with quantitative/IQVIA datasets where applicable to derive actionable business insights. Perform data analysis using Excel and, where applicable, SQL, Python or visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Create structured storyboards and client-ready PowerPoint presentations with clear recommendations.

Collaborate with global stakeholders, fieldwork partners and internal cross-functional teams. Ensure high quality, accuracy and adherence to project timelines; proactively escalate risks. Support proposal development, thought leadership, knowledge management and internal capability-building initiatives.

Leverage AI tools (e.g. GenAI copilots) to improve research efficiency, insight synthesis, presentation development and workflow automation while maintaining data quality and confidentiality. Demonstrate curiosity towards automation and innovation; contribute to simple tools, templates or utilities using low-code, SQL, Python or similar technologies to improve team efficiency.

Display strong learning agility, structured thinking and willingness to develop consulting and client-facing capabilities. Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health or related discipline. 0–2 years of experience in consulting, primary market research, healthcare analytics, pharmaceutical industry or related field.

Foundational understanding of qualitative research methodologies and healthcare/pharmaceutical markets. Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capability. Exposure to IQVIA data assets, healthcare datasets or commercial analytics is preferred.

Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau or similar analytical tools is desirable. Awareness of AI tools and willingness to use them responsibly to improve productivity. Additional Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business English.

Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into concise insights. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills with attention to detail. Consulting mindset with structured thinking and hypothesis-driven problem solving. Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working style.

High ownership, learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced consulting environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Interest in therapeutic areas, patient journeys, market access and commercial strategy.
