Senior Lab Project Services Coordinator

Job Summary: Provide day-to-day project support across the study lifecycle by coordinating routine procedures, documentation, monitoring activities and stakeholder communications. This role helps ensure study deliverables are completed in line with standard operating procedures, protocol requirements, policies and good practices.

What You'll Be Doing: Support study setup and planning by attending meetings, preparing minutes and action logs, and creating protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents Coordinate routine study activities including site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, centralized monitoring support and close-out tasks Monitor day-to-day study performance, identify trends using status reports and monitoring tools, and communicate findings to internal and external teams Assist with administrative study tasks, monitoring plans, reports, protocol-specific materials and document quality control reviews Manage query follow-up, protocol questions, issues and escalations with internal and external stakeholders to support timely resolution Lead customer communications and meeting activities when the Project Manager is absent and support project launch and close-out activities Contribute to study training, audits, inspections, process improvement initiatives and mentoring of more junior staff What We Are Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred 1-3 years relevant experience (in the Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred) Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications Experience using status reports, monitoring tools and outputs to proactively identify trends and support study performance Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role: Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities, think critically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers and investigator sites Ability to utilize resources effectively and maintain high-quality outputs aligned to protocol and customer expectations What We Offer You: We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $60,000.00 - $100,000.00.
