The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior Manager, Creative Producer, you'll be a driving force in Target Creative by leading a team of Creative Producers and Product Producers who bring creative vision to life from concept through post-production and delivery.
As an experienced, possibility-oriented leader, you'll inspire and develop a high-performing team by providing strategic direction, coaching, and advocacy while fostering collaboration and production excellence. You'll establish strategies that align individual and team priorities to the broader Target Creative vision and business objectives, building organizational capability across both creative production and product production functions.
You'll provide strategic leadership for Creative Production across your assigned portfolio of business, spanning all channels and mediums. You'll establish production strategies, evolve production capabilities, and drive best practices that improve quality, consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
You'll lead creative partner sourcing and negotiation strategies while guiding your team in developing production approaches and partner recommendations that deliver exceptional creative outcomes across a wide range of budgets, timelines, and production models.
You'll also provide strategic leadership for Product Production operations, establishing processes that ensure product readiness, optimize sample lifecycle management, align resources to business priorities, and enable seamless execution across still, video, and digital productions.
You'll leverage operational insights to improve workflows, mitigate production risks, and drive continuous process improvements that support enterprise production excellence. Success in this role requires building trusted partnerships across Creative, Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, and enterprise teams, including Photo, Operations, Studio, and Product partners, as well as with external creative production and agency partners.
You'll influence production decisions, advocate for the creative process, and leverage your industry expertise to solve complex production challenges. You'll identify innovative production opportunities and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and workflows, to continuously evolve Creative Production capabilities and meet changing business needs.
You'll foster strong cross-functional collaboration that ensures product priorities, sample availability, and production operations remain aligned throughout the creative lifecycle. You'll lead, guide, and inspire your team and partners to meet and exceed business and marketing objectives while fostering an inclusive culture.

About you Four-year degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of professional creative or content production experience across video, photography, social, digital, experiential, influencer, and emerging media Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development Demonstrated success leading integrated creative production and production operations from strategy through delivery across multiple channels, production models, and cross-functional workflows Demonstrated experience leading complex production operations by optimizing workflows, managing competing priorities, and driving operational excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives Expert knowledge of production planning, budgeting, talent and production contracts, licensing, usage rights, and vendor management Proven experience building and leading relationships with external creative production partners, including agencies, production companies, creators, talent, and strategic vendors Proven ability to leverage data, business insights, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize production processes, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement Proven track record as a skilled negotiator and influential communicator with the ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships Creative problem solver with demonstrated success navigating complex, creatively driven organizations and leading through ambiguity Deep knowledge of industry trends, emerging production technologies, AI-enabled creative workflows and evolving creative production practices Ability to lead teams through change and challenging moments while keeping them motivated, engaged, and focused on results Flexible to travel, including weekends, as business needs require This role requires you to report and perform job duties onsite at our Winter Street Studio location.
