Management Consultant

Lead with impact and shape the future of client partnerships. As Vice President, Client Management, you will drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead high-performing teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and the business.

You will play a critical role on the Market’s Senior Executive team, helping translate strategy into results while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Own account management performance, driving persistency, growth, and earnings across the market.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that improve client retention and expand product solutions.
  • Lead and coach client management teams to deliver strong day-to-day execution and long-term results.
  • Monitor key metrics and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strengthen market reputation through consultative engagement and value-driven client solutions.
  • Partner with underwriting and cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes and client strategies.
  • Drive renewal, retention, and bid prevention strategies to sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong producer and industry relationships to support business growth.
  • Lead talent strategy by coaching leaders, developing successors, and building a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of industry-related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership or management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience driving growth, retention, and financial performance.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales or consultative client management experience.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
  • This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
