We're looking for a CRM & Content Executive to help deliver a best-in-class customer experience across our international websites, apps and CRM channels, with a particular focus on supporting growth and customer engagement in Ireland. This role combines website and app content management with CRM campaign execution, helping ensure our customers receive relevant, engaging and timely communications throughout their journey with us.
You'll work closely with teams across Commercial, Product, Design, Analytics and CRM to deliver content and campaigns that support customer engagement, conversion, retention and long-term growth.
