The desired candidate will have experience in a fast-paced machining environment supporting both high-volume production builds and rapid-iteration prototype development, with the ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities, engineering change orders

  • 3+ years of project management, including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks experience - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing - 5+ years of CNC machine setup and operation experience, lathe experience preferred - Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications - Experience with G-code programming and CNC machine setup and operation. - Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles. - Experience with various CNC machining processes (milling, turning, etc.). - Experience with a range of materials (metals, plastics, composites) used in prototyping. - Experience with problem-solving skills for optimizing CNC programs and troubleshooting issues.
