As Senior Product Manager of Recommerce Routing, you will own the world-wide product roadmap for our Recommerce Routing system, ensuring that 1B+ returned products go through the optimal secondary market channels, balancing customer experience, safety, sustainability and supply chain economics. You will design and optimize our algorithms, leveraging AI based intelligence as we expand to more channels to promote the circular economy and reduce inventory waste. You will work with technical, program, vendor management and legal teams across the globe to implement the routing strategy. Key job responsibilities -Create and manage world-wide Recommerce Routing product roadmap -Write PR-FAQs and Big Idea docs to pitch new innovations to leadership team -Work with dedicated engineering team to define and implement product requirements -Design routing algorithms to maximize recovery and support channel expansion -Launch new world-wide product features -Partner with Legal and Business teams to meet standards for customer safety and compliance
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products
