Job Description This job (Image Desk) is responsible for ensuring consistency of estimating practices for the Good Hands Repair Network repair facilities, and compliance with best practices. The individual conducts virtual reinspection's and analyzes complex estimates prepared by Allstate or the Good Hands Repair Network shops.

Accountabilities : Perform detailed Image Desk reviews of vendor repair estimates, total losses, and assigned claims to ensure alignment with estimating guidelines, repair best practices, and documentation standards . Analyze files and complete audit reviews , making accurate annotations, corrections, and repair recommendations where required Investigate and resolve complex inquiries, complaints, escalations, and coverage or repair disputes in a timely and professional manner Support total loss evaluations by reviewing estimates, valuations, and completing documentation to ensure complian t with company protocols Develop , manage , and audit processes while building and maintaining effective working relationships with network vendors and repair facilities Participate in calibration sessions with claims teams and leadership to ensure consistency in estimating practices and claim handling outcomes Collaborate with leadership to communicate audit findings , identify trends, and recommend process improvements Qualifications : Proven experience in auto-claims estimating , repair processes , and damage analysis Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations Ability to ensure adherence to company guidelines, estimating protocols , and regulatory standards Ability to handle complex customer concerns , disputes, and escalations professionally Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors , appraisers , and internal teams Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
