  • We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Global Central Operations team. We are passionate about business partnering in its truest sense — bringing both strategic and operational expertise to the leaders and employees we support. In this role, you will develop strong partnerships with our operations leaders to understand their businesses and co-create strategic talent plans spanning organizational design, leadership development, talent management
  • employee engagement. You will also play a hands-on role in the day-to-day people experience — supporting performance management, navigating employee relations matters
  • ensuring our people have access to timely, accurate guidance on employment legislation, policies
  • local practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits, leave management

  • aligned to our organizational values. Key job responsibilities
  • Own and manage the relationships with client group including Sr Managers and Managers.
  • Partner with Business Line HRBPs from across the globe to ensure the priorities for each business line are met.
  • Participate in the delivery of the strategic PXT plan for each business supported, ensuring consistency with GCO and global PXT goals.
  • Act as a consultant to your client groups and provide input and guidelines on PXT global and local practices.
  • Coach, train and guide managers during the Talent Management and Annual Compensation Planning processes. Develop toolkit and communications that help managers to prepare for Talent Reviews
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
  • Support and develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching, facilitating talent assessments and succession planning meetings.
  • Provide expert input to your client groups as well as the PXT team in terms of employment legislation, policies and local practices.
  • Conduct investigations and manage ER cases, in coordination with the Employee Relations and with the Legal departments
  • Bachelor's degree or above - Experience supporting hourly employee client groups (warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
