Roles and Responsibilities Interact with Fund Management Companies (FMCs) to collect fund and share class data Monitor and track multiple mailboxes to ensure timely data delivery Follow up with vendors and stakeholders on missing or delayed data Ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency Perform automated and semi-automated quality checks Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data issues Maintain high productivity and quality standards as per company benchmarks Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data queries Maintain active participation in Lipper CST (including chat support) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow Maximize usage of internal tools and technologies to improve efficiency Identify opportunities to optimize processes using automation and AI tools Adapt to evolving workflows, systems, and methodologies Create and manage custom data reports and content enhancement outputs Monitor database accuracy and ensure correct representation on LSEG products Adhere to data policies, operational standards, and change control procedures Review and update agreements and database records related to FMCs and funds Support assigned projects and initiatives Required Skills and Experience As a leading fintech organization, we value candidates who demonstrate a strong desire to grow in both financial markets and technology.
