Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The purpose of this individual contributor role is to design, develop, and execute strategies to envision, equip, educate, and engage ET’s workforce through sustainable solutions to increase stability and operational performance in alignment with ET strategy and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a key subject matter expert (SME) on workforce labor optimization, talent and engagement strategies, and/or workforce reporting. Partner with leadership in development of ET strategic workforce roadmap and validation reporting. 1. Partner with Senior Manager/Manager of Workforce Management, Planning, & Engagement to help execute ET global workforce strategy for and/or apply strategy within ET business units in partnership with broader TIP team and BMOs. 2.
Drive execution of ET workforce, talent, and/or engagement programs across ET and/or within designated ET business unit with a focus on balancing risk, sustainability, and financial targets to optimize ET’s workforce (including FTE, CW onshore and offshore) in partnership with ET Cost & Supplier Management. 3.
Partner across TIP/ BMOs and with HR to influence and leverage enterprise-wide human capital programs, customizing for ET-specific business needs where required to support ET’s strategic plan. 4. Track and monitor appropriate metrics in partnership with ET Business Performance & Metrics to holistically report on ET’s workforce, talent, and engagement programs to ensure workplace requirements support staffing needs. 5.
Explore, recommend, and implement opportunities for continuous business process improvement across workforce management, planning, and engagement, both within TIP and ET BMOs, with a one team mindset. 6. Communicate ongoing work, short-term outcomes, and long-term impacts with ET leaders, across TIP and ET BMOs, and with HR partners at a regular cadence to support ET’s strategic plan, in partnership with ET OCM support. 7.
Proactively partner to identify and mitigate risks associated with ET’s workforce. 8. Fully participate Workforce Management, Planning, & Engagement operating model and potentially lead projects including technology, process, efficiency, and departmental initiatives.

As applicable, drives strategic alignment and operational excellence by guiding key external partnerships and leading cost‑optimization efforts that enhance financial performance and support organizational objectives. 8. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. 9.
Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership. 10. Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development. Qualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management. 4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Program Management or Project Management (very large initiatives with multiple Project Managers) 2.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing business operations within a technology organization.
- Extensive experience managing multiple highly complex simultaneous projects involving cross-functional project teams within budgetary and schedule constraints. 3.
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentations that can be tailored to meet a broad range of audience and levels. 4.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to align operational efforts with broader business objectives. 5.
- Extensive understanding of Project Management principles, agile methods and techniques.
- Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in policy development. 6.
- Outstanding analytical skills with attention to detail. 7.
- Outstanding documentation, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build consensus with technology and business teams in order to work through others in achieving desired results and objectives.
- Flexibility in response to change. 8.
- A detailed understanding of business.
- Retail background a plus.
- Extensive diplomacy and conflict resolution skills. 9.
- Sound team building, and interpersonal skills required to effectively manage a multi-faceted project throughout the deliverable process.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to anticipate technical and project barriers and adjust approach based on research and experience. 10.
- General knowledge of several major and related systems and how they are integrated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 11.
- Significant experience (or degree), with Organizational Psychology and Adult Learning. 12.
- Prior experience with international Global Capability Centers (GCC). 13.
