Maintain laboratory equipment, perform routine calibration and ensure accurate completion of quality records, reports and documentation.

Support food safety programs by verifying cleaning and sanitation effectiveness, monitoring pest control, maintaining SOPs and preparing for internal and external audits. Promote a strong quality and food safety culture by coaching operators, supporting training activities and identifying opportunities to improve compliance, consistency and operational performance.

Experience / Skills Required: Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Laboratory roles within FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, quality systems and laboratory testing techniques, with a strong focus on compliance and product integrity.

Experience conducting quality inspections, process monitoring, non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis using continuous improvement tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone or DMAIC. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record, analyse and interpret quality and production data.

Experience working collaboratively with Production, Engineering and cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve manufacturing performance. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
