Role Summary & Role Description Hands on experience designing and engineering enterprise scale data platforms Build Data Platform and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using Troubleshoot report generation, data inconsistencies, and performance issues Modify and support report design files, executable report components, and reporting frameworks.
Develop complex data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions. Perform SQL tuning and query optimization for large-volume reporting databases. Design efficient data models to support reporting requirements Support migration of reporting workloads to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI).
Work with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment frameworks. Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Data Platforms Analyze programming issues and come up with specific solutions to meet developer needs. Be the liaison with project teams on data technologies and solutions Expected to learn new technologies and continue to expand expertise What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role MUST have demonstrated strong application development skill sets in Reporting and Database platforms.

Ability to prioritize efforts to deliver maximum consumer value and support key business KPI's; assist with smart trade-offs and sequencing of Application roadmap. Ability to manage your own time by appropriately prioritizing design and research tasks while working within deadlines.
Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in technology Minimum 5-8 years related experience in financial services technical projects, experience in data integration projects Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, Query optimization Strong hands on experience in Actuate/any Reporting tools Strong Unix/Linux scripting experience Knowledge of financial service industry – Data management, Investment Accounting, Performance experience preferred Good with technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Software Engineering experience, with SQL as programming languages is required. Should be able to write SQL queries using RDBMS Systems like Oracle/SQL Server. Hands-on experience with Cloud-native data platforms Experience with Azure/AWS cloud Knowledge of source control systems (GIT/SVN).
Experience with release management and deployment processes. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of cloud architecture, security, networking, and deployment concepts. Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
