The role in one line Execute incident.io 's global event strategy, delivering high-impact experiences that build community, generate pipeline, and strengthen our brand across engineering and technology audiences. What you’ll be doing: incident.io is looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Events Marketing Manager to help scale our events program during a period of rapid growth.
This person will play a key role in shaping and executing our event strategy across conferences, hosted experiences, community programs, executive events, and our flagship conference, SEV0. You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences that build brand awareness, strengthen our community, generate pipeline, and deepen relationships with engineering, platform, SRE, and leadership audiences.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable executing event strategy, partnering with go-to-market teams, and rolling up their sleeves to execute exceptional events from start to finish. You're data-driven, continuously optimizing programs based on results and learnings. You know when to build repeatable processes and when an event requires a more bespoke approach. What the job actually involves You'll be based in our London office.
Here's the kind of thing you'll be doing day to day: Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Global Events Manager to support and scale the global events program. Planning and executing conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, customer events, and SEV0 in London & San Francisco.
Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing to identify event opportunities and align on goals. Managing budgets, vendors, contracts, timelines, registrations, and onsite logistics. Building repeatable processes for event planning, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
Tracking event performance and reporting on pipeline, revenue impact, and ROI. Continuously testing new event formats, audiences, and channels to drive growth. The profile we're looking for You have experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies.
You’ve supported or run events like conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, or customer programs end-to-end. You’re highly organized and operationally strong, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once. You’re comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting a senior events manager to deliver a global program.
You move fast, take ownership, and are comfortable making decisions in ambiguity. You’re execution-focused and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You care about both great execution and measurable business impact (pipeline, revenue, engagement).

Love working cross-functionally, bringing people together across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to make things happen.
