- processes. Key job responsibilities Job Deliverables:
- Managing shifts Day/Night in operation with labor planning and execution at daily level basis various inbound flows.
- Prepare SOS plans, allocate labor, lead flow meetings, direct and assign job duties for FC Associates
- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety and leading the team of PAs and problem solvers efficiently.
- Analyzing and sharing various shift reports and escalate system related issues to leadership on timely manner.
- Responsible for shift productivity and quality and associated action plans
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the respective work stations on a daily basis
- Ensure FC associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement as necessary
- Stand-in for Area Manager A day in the life Candidate will get varied opportunities to manage entire FC Outbound operations and work on improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel
