- Provide sophisticated calendar management for senior leadership, requiring strategic prioritization and frequent real-time adjustments.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense management
- Partner closely with multiple executive offices, demonstrating excellent judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for leadership meetings, off-sites, and strategic gatherings
- Manage sensitive communications and documentation with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive preparation of executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials
- Act as a trusted liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams
- Anticipate needs and proactively develop solutions in highly ambiguous situations Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
