Product ManagerVp Product
- Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage
- optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
- We're looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to set the direction for how AI shows up across Webflow's platform. This is our Agent Access area, spanning the Webflow AI Assistant inside the Designer, the 3rd-party agents that reach Webflow through MCP, the Agent Instructions that guide them
- the platform underneath that powers it all.
- It's early, fast-moving territory. Much of what "good" looks like for AI-assisted creation hasn't been written yet
- you'll define it. You'll own the multi-year strategy for the area and rally teams across Webflow behind it, unlocking new ways for developers, partners
- creators to build for the web

- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Director of Product
- As a Staff Product Manager, AI, you'll…
- Own the vision, strategy
- roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions
- the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences. You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design
- Make it all work as one. Sequence the work so the surfaces reinforce each other, build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike
- keep teams aligned so we ship a coherent product rather than the org chart.
- Set the standard for what "good" means when products never behave the same way twice. Define the quality bar for agent experiences, and the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold the whole area to it.
- Serve developers and creators at the same time. Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual, less-technical creators, without shortchanging either.
- Drive alignment across Webflow, not just your own teams. Represent the agent area to leadership, turn strategy into committed plans
- navigate cross-functional disagreement across Engineering, GTM
- beyond independently and constructively.
- Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. You'll prototype ideas, ship improvements yourself where it helps
- stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp product calls.
- Place durable, multi-year bets as the AI landscape shifts. Models, protocols, and techniques are evolving fast
- you'll stay close to customers, tell real standards from fads, and keep raising the bar on how fast and how well we ship.
- Raise the bar for the craft around you. Set reusable patterns and standards other teams build on, and mentor PMs and partners as the agent practice grows.
- About you
Requirements
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- You'll thrive as a Staff Product Manager, AI, if you:
- Have 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and a track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas. Experience with platforms, APIs
- extensibility. Know where LLM-based tools shine and where they break down, from substantial hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation
- programmable interfaces. Have set the bar for "good" on non-deterministic products, defining the evals, guardrails
- success metrics that keep quality high when outputs vary from run to run
- getting a team to hold to them. Can serve two audiences at once. You've built both developer-grade tools and approachable products for less-technical creators
- hold both in view without shortchanging either. Enjoy the full craft of building software. You're curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you, whether that's opening a pull request, leading a user interview, prototyping an idea, writing a query to pin down a metric
- writing a sharp brief. Lead through influence rather than authority. You set strategy and bring Engineering, Design, GTM
- leadership along, holding your own with senior stakeholders and moving decisions forward without waiting to be told. Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI to speed up both your own work and your team's.
- Our Core Behaviors:
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.
- Benefits
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.

- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
