Manager, Program Project Management to assist with implementation of information strategy and development of information products to ensure operational objective and other strategic business initiatives are met. Assist project team with creating complex queries, complex technical programming, and complex applications.
Work with advisors from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly. Present to internal/external customers, constituents, and business partners. Oversee analysis, planning, design, and development being performed by project team to support accurate maintenance of support systems for business areas.
Influence change or enhancements to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability, and access. Develop and participate in presentation and consultation to existing and prospective customers, business partners and internal business areas on information services, capabilities, and performance results.
Negotiate resources in peer organizations to meet high priority department objectives. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering
- a related field and five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Employer will accept a combination of education and work experience. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following:
- XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript;
- SAS or SQL programming;
- Statistical analysis;
- Infrastructure components: GPUs or CPUs;
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best practices;;
- Contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects;
- Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector;
- Healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy; and
- Supporting large data, analytics
- technology modernization initiatives. Pay Range: $147680.00/year to $165954.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
