Amazon's Middle Mile Fleet Team is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on
- customer-obsessed Sr. Product Manager. In this role, you will own the cost strategy for Amazon's Middle Mile fleet management, developing products and programs to drive cost performance across the network. This includes identifying solutions to detect cost anomalies, surface cost optimization opportunities
- improve planning accuracy. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams, managing stakeholders and customers, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- delivering strong results. This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions
- drive projects forward with minimal guidance. They must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards. This person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to varied audiences. They will have a strong entrepreneurial orientation and willingness to roll up their sleeves and do whatever is necessary in a start-up like environment.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products
