About the Role The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (Organic) helps more of the right people discover Sarvam through earned and owned channels - search, content, community, and the technical content flywheel.

This role owns how builders and teams find Sarvam in the first place, and how the surrounding content makes the platform's value clear before anyone ever signs up. The work is not just to drive traffic, but to build durable, compounding organic channels that bring the right people back.

This person works closely with Developer Relations, Content, Product, and SEO to grow Sarvam's presence where developers and buyers actually look - including the increasingly important channel of AI-powered search and LLM answers. They own the top of the funnel and the organic share of activation, and partner with the Performance counterpart on shared funnel, experimentation, and analytics.

What You’ll Do Organic acquisition. Own top-of-funnel growth through SEO, content, community, and product-led loops. Build durable, compounding channels rather than one-off spikes; quality of signup matters more than raw volume. Developer adoption.

Grow API usage and open-weight model adoption. Drive documentation SEO, the technical content flywheel, and Sarvam's presence where developers actually are. AI discoverability. Own how Sarvam shows up in AI-powered search and LLM answers - an increasingly important channel for how developers and buyers discover tools.

Content & community flywheel. Partner with Content and DevRel to turn technical content, docs, and community into a self-reinforcing engine that compounds organic reach over time. SEO ownership. Own technical and content SEO end-to-end - from site and docs structure to keyword strategy, content briefs, and the measurement of organic rankings and traffic quality.

Organic activation. Improve the path from organic discovery to signup to first successful API call. Reduce friction and time-to-value for users arriving through earned and owned channels. Experimentation. Run a continuous program of organic growth experiments across content, SEO, and product-led loops.

Maintain a backlog, ship fast, measure honestly, and double down on what compounds. Analytics & instrumentation. Define the organic metrics that matter, instrument the funnel to capture them, and build the dashboards the team runs on. Partner with Performance on a shared funnel view.

AI-native workflows. Use AI across content, SEO, and analysis to compress every cycle and run a leveraged, low-overhead organic motion. What We're Looking For 7-10 years in growth or organic marketing, with hands-on ownership of a PLG or self-serve funnel Deep, hands-on SEO expertise - technical SEO, content SEO, and measurable improvement in organic rankings and traffic quality Track record of building content, community, or product-led loops that compounded organic acquisition at material scale - with the numbers to prove it Strong experimentation discipline Comfort with analytics and instrumentation; you define metrics, pull your own data, and instrument what you need measured Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers with quantified outcomes Fluent in modern AI tools for content, SEO, and analytics Bonus Points Experience growing organic adoption of an API, SDK, or open-weight/open-source model Working knowledge of optimising for AI-powered search and LLM answers Experience at a founder-led or early-stage company where the organic growth motion had to be built from scratch Familiarity with both a self-serve developer motion and an enterprise sales motion running side by side Why Sarvam?
