Key job responsibilities - Serve as a subject matter specialist in medical and security risks to travelers in the EMEA region - Identify high-risk travel bookings and proactively engage travelers with mitigation guidance - Coordinate secure ground transportation requests and vendor management - Manage traveler medical and security incidents from escalation through resolution - Support Crisis Management Team activations - Maintain country/city advisories, hotel guidance
