Key job responsibilities - Serve as a subject matter specialist in medical and security risks to travelers in the EMEA region - Identify high-risk travel bookings and proactively engage travelers with mitigation guidance - Coordinate secure ground transportation requests and vendor management - Manage traveler medical and security incidents from escalation through resolution - Support Crisis Management Team activations - Maintain country/city advisories, hotel guidance

- manage cases through resolution - Update country/city advisories based on new intelligence and maintain pre-trip messaging content - Complete After-Action Reviews from recent incidents and pull metrics for ISO 31030 compliance reporting - Contribute to strategic projects refining SOPs, piloting automation workflows

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Social Work - Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Crisis Management or a related field that involves conducting threat assessments, workplace investigations, and/or incident response
- Experience drafting, editing
- publishing written products such as incident reports, messaging products
