To know more about Lowe's India, visit Lowes.co.in About Team The primary purpose of this role is to analyze and manage the NOV process by supporting store operations through data reporting, trend identification
- policy enforcement. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure violations are tracked, investigated
- resolved efficiently. Responsibilities include providing actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- contributing to process improvement initiatives to mitigate operational risks. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the NOV mailbox to ensure timely issue identification.
- Raise and track violation tickets using License HQ and the Service Channel.
- Conduct follow-ups on unresolved tickets and ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to close violations effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on NOV-related activities.
- Analyze data from NOV dashboards using Power BI to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Support the business by documenting best practices and contributing to operational improvements. Primary Skills (must have)
- Strong experience in data management and visualization tools like Power BI, SQL, VBA and Advanced Excel.
- Experience in Retail Operations, specifically in Payroll, Labor Management, or Forecasting.
- Ability to create effective reports and dashboards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of License HQ and Service Channel platforms is a plus. Secondary Skills (desired)
- Basic knowledge of Python or Knime Analytics is a plus.
