  • A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related discipline and 3 years of experience in job offered or Human Resources related occupation. Experience must include: 1. 3 years of experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. 2. 3 years of experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams. 3. 3 years of experience in program or project management.
