Lead experiments that drive awareness and conversion. - Sales Process: Own goals around site conversion and revenue. Measure performance, analyze gaps
- provide feedback to improve the experience in running promotions and campaigns. - Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the category and sales ops teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy on the Amazon site. - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
