- Prime Video is seeking a Sr. UX Visual Designer to join our centralized visual, motion
- artwork design studio within Prime Video Experience Design (PVXD). In this role, you will be an experienced visual designer responsible for contributing to and scaling the visual experience across Prime Video's product landscape — spanning living room, mobile, web
- tablet surfaces across global markets. As a senior individual contributor, you will execute on and help evolve the visual design vision for Prime Video's product experience, contribute to scalable design systems
- tackle complex design challenges across Prime Video's product surfaces. This is not a traditional UI design role — you will operate at the intersection of brand expression, systems thinking
- experience prototyping, partnering closely with motion designers, interaction designers, design technologists, researchers, product managers
- engineering leaders to deliver high-quality experiences. Key job responsibilities Visual Design Craft & Execution: Contribute to and refine the visual design language for Prime Video's product experience — including layout systems, color, typography, iconography, illustration
- imagery treatment. Execute on the strategic direction for how visual design expresses the Prime Video brand across platforms and surfaces
- informing its evolution through hands-on craft work. Design System Contribution: Contribute to and extend the visual foundations of Prime Video's design system (Fable) — working with tokens, component visual standards, patterns
- guidelines that scale across teams and platforms. Help drive adoption of system standards and propose improvements based on product needs. Prototyping & Experience Visualization: Create high-fidelity prototypes that bring design concepts to life — communicating vision, validating ideas with stakeholders
- bridging the gap between static comps and production experiences. Use prototyping as a tool for storytelling, alignment
- decision-making. Complex Problem Solving: Take on complex, multi-faceted design challenges that require strong judgment — navigating tradeoffs, proposing solutions
- delivering polished visual work that establishes or extends patterns for the product. Motion Design Partnership: Collaborate closely with motion designers to ensure visual and motion design work as a unified system. Provide visual direction that informs motion behavior, review motion work for brand and visual coherence
- partner on defining how static and dynamic elements integrate within the design system. Engineering Collaboration & Hand-off: Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance
- fidelity of visual implementations at platform scale. Create detailed design specifications and participate in design QA and Walk the Store sessions to verify production fidelity. Design System Adoption: Drive design system adoption within your product area. Participate in system-level design reviews and contribute to ensuring the system evolves to meet the needs of designers across the organization. Mentorship & Craft Elevation: Actively mentor peers and contribute to raising the visual design craft bar across the studio. Participate in and contribute to design critiques

- artwork design services to the entire Prime Video Experience Design organization. We support designers across five global locations, partnering on feature-level visual design while driving studio-wide initiatives that elevate the craft and coherence of Prime Video's visual identity. Our team includes dedicated motion designers, visual designers
- design technologists — and this role contributes to that ecosystem, delivering strong visual craft that informs and elevates the work across disciplines. We value prototyping as a core practice, design systems as infrastructure
- cross-disciplinary collaboration as the path to great customer experiences.
- 7+ years of design experience - Have an available online portfolio - Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity - Experience directly working with engineering teams - Bachelor's degree or above in graphic design, interactive design
- equivalent - Strong prototyping skills with the ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes that communicate design intent beyond static deliverables (using tools such as ProtoPie, Principle, Figma prototyping, Rive
- equivalent) - Experience designing for entertainment, media
- content-rich consumer products across multiple platforms (mobile, web, TV/living room) - Strong proficiency in Figma, including component architecture, design tokens
- library management - Experience collaborating with motion designers — providing visual direction that informs motion behavior and reviewing motion work for brand coherence - Experience contributing to visual brand guidelines and translating brand identity into product-level visual language

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
