Regeneron is currently seeking a Calibration Coordinator to join our Technical Operations team. When & where: Shift Requirements: Monday - Friday 08.00am - 4.30pm Location: Rensselaer, New York What you’ll do: Coordinating with equipment owners across departments to obtain and send out instruments to be calibrated by external service providers Managing shipment and logistics for all instruments and standards sent off-site for calibration and/or repair.

Follows up with vendors to ensure timely return of equipment once it has been serviced Providing oversight for contractors performing calibration and preventive maintenance work on site, including escorting contractors into various manufacturing and quality control areas to facilitate servicing of equipment Ensuring contractors abide by Regeneron procedures and policies, including gowning requirements and good documentation practices Reviewing calibration worksheets and certificates provided by external service providers for completeness and accuracy, and documents work electronically within the Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) System Collaborating with the Materials Management Group to ensure that Calibration Technicians have the required supplies and standards necessary to perform their work (e.g. pH Buffers, Conductivity Standards, Fyrite and UV Solutions, 0.2 micron Filters, etc.).

Ensuring all standards are suitable for use, including the verification of Temperature Standards Reporting Out of Tolerance (OOT) events to Calibration Management and the Facilities Compliance Group for vendor-performed calibration work. Ensuring OOT events are reported in a timely manner and that all vital documentation is available to facilitate closure of the associated deviation investigations The environment and physical rhythms of this role: Demonstrate basic problem-solving skills Ability to learn and follow routine procedures independently as well as part of a team Comfortable and have the flexibility to work in a changing environment Seek to build and maintain positive working relationships with the business Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Maintain effective time management skills to allow deadlines to be met in a timely manner Must be able to lift, push and/or pull at least 50lbs Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and overall comfort and general familiarity with computer systems Full gowning required when entering and working on production floor Let’s find out if we’re a fit: Applicants ideally should have an AAS degree, preferably in an Engineering or Construction Technologies related area and the following minimum amounts of experience for each level: Calibration Coordinator II: 2+ years of related experience Calibration Coordinator III: 4+ years of related experience Calibration Coordinator IV: 6+ years of related experience Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Level will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role. Prior experience in the maintenance and operation of large-scale utilities plant preferred and ISA CCST Certification is strongly preferred but not required. #REGENTOSK Does this sound like you?
