The Team: The team operates within a highly collaborative and supportive culture, with a focus on knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivering best-in-class client outcomes. While locally structured, the team sits within a broader global organisation, providing regular exposure to stakeholders across EMEA and key partner groups in the US and APAC.
The team is responsible for supporting EMEA onboarding for Commercial and FI/NBFI Banking clients who have selected Bank of America for their treasury and cash management solutions. This provides an opportunity to work with a high-value client base, as well as internal partners across Product, Sales, Servicing and Technology.
From a development perspective, the role offers significant opportunities for learning and progression, including exposure to a broad suite of treasury products, structured training, and on-the-job development through managing increasingly complex client engagements.
Individuals joining the team benefit from strong leadership support and a clear pathway to build expertise in both client management and end-to-end implementation delivery. Role Description: This job is responsible for being the first point of contact for Treasury clients submitting implementation of treasury, cash management, and depository product requests via email channel, and phone.
Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end processing for moderately complex implementations and ensuring engagement of internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) as appropriate.
Job expectations include working directly with the client to resolve implementation issues and our role is critical to the success of our growing Treasury business. We are the prime co-ordinators for large revenue cash management/treasury deals, delivering with the highest level of professionalism and an exemplary client experience.
If you have a natural client first approach and a passion for delivering a market leading service, we will want to hear from you! Responsibilities: You will manage client implementations end-to-end, across Bank of America’s range of cash management solutions.
You will work in partnership with clients to create and agree project delivery timelines, clear communication of project statuses, identification/mitigation of risks and swift root cause analysis and resolution for issues. You will provide a professional & tailored approach to meet the needs of all clients, utilising project management routines where necessary for larger scale deliverables.
You will manage conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders You will co-ordinate all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboarding You will keep stakeholders updated on the progress of the onboarding, highlighting any related issues What we are looking for: You will be a highly organised individual who can manage complex projects.
You will have a track record of managing projects with differing timelines You will possess excellent customer service skills. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will possess the ability to effectively build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
