Team overview: The Global Supply Chain & Logistics ( GSCL) Product team is part of a broader Operations Strategy, Product and Innovation (SPI) organization—focused on accelerating innovation, enhancing operational ease, and aligning investments to Target’s long-term strategy.
This team unites product, strategy, and innovation capabilities from Stores and GSCL to shape a shared roadmap that supports our guests and frontline teams. Within this structure, the Supply Chain WMS Product team plays a critical role in transforming how inventory flows across Target’s replenishment and fulfillment centers.
We modernize Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities while designing intuitive user experiences that empower frontline teams and drive operational excellence.. Role overview: As a Sr Product Manager, Warehouse Orchestration, you will lead the strategy and development for warehouse orchestration platform that continuously regulates warehouse inflow and execution decisions to maximize OTIF, throughput, and operational efficiency under dynamic constraints.
These capabilities will power replenishment and fulfillment operations across our distribution network. This is a 0-1 product. This role focuses on designing how task is prioritized, grouped, and dynamically released to warehouse operations to improve execution efficiency, optimize throughput and support evolving business needs.
You will help shape the future of intelligent warehouse execution by building scalable product capabilities that balance operational capacity, order priority, and replenishment speed. The role requires a strong analytical, systems-thinking, and product mindset to solve complex operational challenges through data-informed execution strategies.
You will work across a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with engineering, operations, data science, analytics, inventory planning, and supply chain partners to define product strategy, influence prioritization, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytical products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. About You: Four-year degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of Product management experience; ideally in Supply chain, WMS, or field UX .
Skilled in defining OKRs and delivering measurable outcomes. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand interconnected operational and technical workflows Experience building or managing highly scalable platforms, orchestration systems, workflow engines, or operational decisioning products Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive product decisions, prioritization, and measurable outcomes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving business priorities Ability to balance short-term execution needs with long-term platform strategy and modernization goals Familiarity with warehouse management systems, fulfillment technology, supply chain operations, or operational optimization platforms preferred Experience in 0-1 product building Experience operating in agile development environments (user stories, sprints, personas).
