The VP, North America Strategic Insights Analyst is responsible for continuously monitoring what is happening across the North American asset management industry and within our own business—and translating that into real-time, decision-ready insight for leadership.

This role helps ensure that leadership has a clear, current view of market direction, competitive positioning, emerging opportunities and risks—and a direct understanding of what those developments mean for the firm. In addition, this role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring that insights are delivered with the speed, clarity, and context required to shape firm-wide priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of the North American asset management landscape, including flows, product innovation, competitive positioning, client and advisor behavior

  • business outcomes Serve as a central point of contact for time-sensitive, quick-hit insight requests from leadership, drawing on internal and external data sources to support faster, better-informed decisions Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, corporate/distribution strategy

  • financial services strongly preferred Familiarity with industry data sources across product vehicles and client segments (flows, holdings, competitive data, consultant/OCIO insights) Strong analytical capabilities and ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner that directly leads to decision making Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level narratives and recommendations High intellectual curiosity and commercial orientation, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks Executive presence, with experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders Salary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
