Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kennedy Space Center, Florida .

Experimental Service Group (ESG ) supports a variety of government customers spanning technology domains and is a fast-paced, responsive development environment delivering new capabilities to customers rapidly and affordably. The ESG portfolio consists of a range of platforms and technologies that includes the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle (OTV) .

The X-37B OTV is the United States’ most advanced, state-of-the-art reentry space craft. BDS is one of the world's largest defense, space and security businesses specializing in innovative and capabilities-driven customer solutions, and the world's largest and most versatile producer of military aircraft and commercial/civil/government space systems.

Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 3 : Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under general direction Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 4 : Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans Works under minimal direction This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift: This position is for 1st shift however, candidates must be willing to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required. NASA Access: This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): More than 3 years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment More than 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams More than 1 year of experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI Experience with project management Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills Ability to look forward strategically and develop detailed solutions and specifications Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Typical Education/Experience: Experienced Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.) Senior Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.
