The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Assets Protection teams function is to provide a secure environment for our team members and mitigate shortage to increase profitability in a Target distribution center. Assets Protection teams will do this by leading a physical security culture and responding to crisis events, investigating and resolving theft, and educating team members on operational shortage priorities.
As a SENIOR MANAGER ASSETS PROTECTION, you will lead a project team focused on the mitigation and resolution of loss through process focused on our AP priorities. Through your leadership, this team will lead the continuous improvement, identification, quantification, and resolution of profit and reputation issues across our Fulfillment Network.
Leads the team including direct reports of exempt business partners. Coaches and develops team members to create a positive work environment and promote personal and professional development. You will drive and support project plans and hold partners accountable to ensure all deadlines are met.
You will also lead and participate in cross-functional teams specific to your areas of responsibility to simplify processes, and improve team member and guest experiences. This requires seeking feedback from our AP field and HQ leaders to gain clarity on opportunities within your areas of accountability.
Last, you will stay connected to relevant market and industry trends that impact AP and will enable better decision making for the AP initiatives you will support. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.

A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
