Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Management oversight of team responsible for performing comprehensive quality reviews with a focus on operational risk management, internal manual controls, state guidelines and product specific internal overlays.
Partners with segment leadership, risk and compliance in providing meaningful input though comprehensive reviews and oversight of data integrity and documenting quality trends. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.
Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Monitors reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) that evaluates individual quality performance and reports out results of internal departmental quality standards. 2.
Manages team performance to ensure SLA are met and/or exceeded. 3. Supports ad hoc quality and control requests specific to Post Closing performance results. 4. Partner with management to align on overall risk ratings. 5. Provide a monthly summary report and findings to sales, fulfillment and Post Closing leadership on performance results to proactively identify potential salability issues.
Drive root cause analysis and applicable action plans related to process and/or technology changes. 6. Assist and/or facilitates leadership training programs targeted toward department needs or individual teammate issues. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Strong understanding of mortgage documentation 4. Ability to support multiple tasks, with varying levels of complexity, importance and involvement 5. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7.
Detail-oriented, motivated and function well in a team environment 8. Must exhibit a keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly comprehend information 9. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products The annual base salary for this position is $57,000 to $80,000
