This position also plays a key role in shaping and strengthening Philips IGTD’s design controls and QMS processes as part of its next‑generation product development efforts. Your role: Creating design controls QMS work instructions Supporting research and development activities from Concept Phase through Commercialization.
Collaborating with cross-functional team members throughout product development phases to ensure program success You're the right fit if: B.S. / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
In combination with 5+ years working in product development in the medical device industry Knowledge of catheter design/assembly processes (injection molded component design, extrusion, braiding, coiling, reflow, etc.) Class II and Class III Medical Device product development experience Human Factors experience required with design for manufacturability knowledge and applicable skills You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in MN is $107,000 to $142,000 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
