What You’ll Do
- We are seeking an experienced Manager of Procurement to support the Procurement team and work cross functionally with FP&A teams.
- This position will play a critical role in managing the procurement process for our software.
- Your expertise in negotiating prices, and building and leading a high-performing procurement team will be vital to the success of our operations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the procurement strategy for software in alignment with the company's growth objectives and financial targets.
- Evaluate market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier diversification, and innovation.
- Identify and establish partnerships with reliable and reputable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to secure competitive prices and on-time delivery.
- Streamline and enhance the procurement process, leveraging technology and automation to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Work in ERP Systems for Procurement and Finance.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
- 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, finance
- Strong finance and budgeting background with the ability to analyze spend and financial data.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Coupa Procurement Platform.
- Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience
- market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards
- a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
