- We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to define and lead the sales enablement strategy for Prime Video Advertising (PVA) across two critical pillars: Brand Partnerships and Product Innovation & Technology. This is a team-building role—you will architect the function, oversee and develop a high-performing team of marketers, and set the strategic roadmap that determines how PVA shows up to advertisers and agencies worldwide. Where your team executes the narratives, collateral, and activations that bring PVA to market, you are accountable for the portfolio-level vision: deciding what we say, where we invest, and how we organize to win. You will determine how Prime Video's premium content, audience, and cultural relevance translates into a cohesive global sales enablement strategy—and how PVA's ad tech innovations are positioned across markets. You will drive clarity in spaces where the strategy has not yet been defined, and ensure your team's output drives measurable advertiser engagement and revenue growth. This role reports into the Global B2B Marketing organization for Prime Video and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership. Key job responsibilities - Define the multi-year sales enablement strategy and roadmap across Brand Partnerships and Product Innovation—setting the vision your team executes against - Determine portfolio priorities: which partnerships, products, and regions warrant investment and in what sequence - Ensure the team creates education materials and sales tools that make complex offerings actionable - Set the strategic framework for how PVA's brand partnership narratives and ad tech product positioning are developed, scaled, and evolved globally - Operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership (VP-level), driving cross-org alignment on positioning, messaging, and investment priorities - Design scalable mechanisms for content creation, distribution, and measurement
- eliminate inefficiencies and drive structural improvements across the organization - Synthesize inputs across market research, competitive intelligence, sales feedback, product roadmaps, and business performance to identify whitespace and shape strategic direction - Ensure the team delivers bespoke partnership narratives that connect Prime Video's premium content to advertiser objectives at scale - Partner with Sales and BizDev leadership to identify systemic gaps in the sales cycle and commission enablement solutions - Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team of marketers

- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 5+ years of team management experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience managing teams - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycle - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience scaling globally
