" Job Description & Summary: The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing D igital payment products, including wallets, remittances, and prepaid cards, ensuring regulatory compliance, business viability, and seamless customer experience.
The role involves close collaboration with technology, compliance, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable and compliant fintech solutions for the K ingdom of S audi A rabia (KSA) market
Responsibilities
- Product Development & Enhancements Own and manage product enhancements across wallet, remittance and prepaid card offerings.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for new features, enhancements, and regulatory-driven changes.
- Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end product flows, user journeys, and operational processes.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, considering system integrations and dependencies.
- Technical & API Understanding Maintain a good understanding of system architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations supporting product features.
- Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements are technically feasible and clearly understood.
- Review and validate Technical Impact Assessment (TIA) documents post-BRD submission to ensure alignment with business intent.
- Regulatory & Compliance Management Drive the implementation of regulatory requirements across product features, flows, and customer journeys.
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure full adherence to KSA regulatory standards.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Prepare business cases, financial impact assessments, and ROI analysis for new initiatives and enhancements.
- Identify growth opportunities and prioritize features based on customer value, compliance needs, and commercial impact.
- Documentation, Policies & SLAs Understand and manage product terms & conditions, customer agreements, processes, and SLAs.
- Drive updates to documentation and agreements based on product changes, regulatory updates, or operational improvements.
- Ensure consistent execution of changes across systems, customer communications, and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management Act as a key liaison between business, technology, compliance, operations, and external partners.
- Provide clear communication and alignment across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Qualifications & Experience 4-7 years of experience in Product Management within fintech, payments or digital financial services.
- Strong experience in BRD creation and managing requirements for complex payment products.
- Solid understanding of digital wallets, remittances, and prepaid card products.
- Thorough understanding of APIs , integrations, and technical architectures.
- Experience working with regulatory requirements in KSA or similar markets.
