North America IT Business Manager

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Tracks, analyzes, and reports budget spend for BAU and strategic initiatives. Works with enterprise finance to understand annual budget targets, plans and tracks spend monthly to ensure alignment.

Partners with enterprise PMO to understand project approvals and associated funding, budget allocations for responsible portfolio and reporting on monthly forecast and actuals. Works with enterprise finance to understand annual budget targets.

Provides monthly forecast and actuals to the responsible CIO, participates in monthly business reviews to highlight key budget issues and challenges. Manages monthly accruals, validates financial reports and resulting corrective actions. Partners with Global Sourcing & Procurement Services (GS&PS) and the vendor organizations (labor and software) to create and manage SOWs and POs for all supporting work items.

Responsible for validating the monthly invoices and approvals. Creates and manages processes that will ensure resources onboarding and offboarding are within the guardrails of the established guidelines and funding approvals. Oversight of the team’s headcount and metrics around 3rd party resources.

Ensure weekly timesheet compliance within Claims IT Business Unit. Assistance with employee engagement activities including All Hands and location-based events.
