Job Title Production Assembler Job Description 589339 Production Assembler Help improve lives by building innovative medical technology that patients and healthcare providers rely on every day. As a Production Assembler, you'll be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing environment while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure every product meets the highest standards before reaching our customers. Your role: Assemble medical devices and components by operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery while following established work instructions, quality standards, and production procedures.

Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify components and finished products meet specifications, promptly identifying and reporting any quality concerns or production issues. Set up and adjust manufacturing equipment for production and pilot runs according to manufacturing and engineering specifications while accurately documenting production activities and maintaining required records.

Collaborate with Manufacturing Group Leaders and teammates to resolve production issues, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company safety, environmental, and quality system requirements.

You're the right fit if: You've acquired a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is welcomed but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals. Your skills include strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written work instructions, basic computer skills, accurate documentation, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You have the ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks, operate manufacturing equipment safely, inspect products for quality, and work collaboratively within a team focused on delivering high-quality medical devices. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
