Your Impact Plan and deploy scalable, cloud-native full-stack applications that integrate seamless AI-driven workflows into the core user experience. Engineer and optimize high-performance database schemas to support the intensive data requirements of real-time Agentic AI processing.
Develop and maintain robust automation pipelines, reducing manual operational overhead through intelligent, self-healing system integrations. Bridge the gap between front-end interfaces and back-end AI models, ensuring low-latency communication and intuitive data visualization for end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams(DBA’s) to design and implement modular, reusable components that accelerate our transition toward a fully automated, AI-first infrastructure
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development using tools Jira, service platform and frameworks such as Django, Python, FastAPI, Angular, or React, LangChain, Langsmith and LangGraph.
- Proven proficiency in managing and optimizing both relational ( PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including schema design and query performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or vector databases (e.g., Weaviate ) into production-level applications.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in DevOps practices, specifically deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven expertise in architecting and deploying end-to-end applications using modern Agentic AI frameworks, specifically LangChain, LangGraph
- MCP , with a demonstrated ability to integrate these models into production-grade environments.
- Advanced proficiency in full-stack development, combined with experience in automating CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows and improve system reliability.
- A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing innovative, automated solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
