- Portfolio Strategy Lead Description - This role is focused on the broad Office Print Solutions (OPS) business and is responsible for securing approval for high-level global plans and investments, aligning and prioritizing them with organizational objectives
- creating a comprehensive plan with associated metrics, goals
- benchmarks. The role also leads cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to develop and execute portfolio planning exercises. Additionally, the role leads OPS level initiatives and special projects including areas such as coordinating on marketing and launch messaging, influencing customer segmentation strategies, leading special projects
- partnering across our GTM teams to strengthen relationships and drive sales. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a list of future programs and work cross functionally to managing investment choice-points including analysis, prioritization and recommendations to senior management.
- Strategic business lead who will lead OPS special projects, align business insights with our key strategic partners on future programs and investigate new business models.
- Lead cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution OPS portfolio plans and associated initiatives.
- Influence the customer segmentation, partner to generate customer insights and develop strategies at a global scale focused on different customer segments.
- Partner with GTM senior management to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans. Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field. Knowledge & Skills
