Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.

What you will do Acts as the top product owner for business solutions understanding product, business, and competitive landscape to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry. Handles different aspects of the entire product life cycle from developing ideas to prototyping and testing new features and product ideas.

Creates features and stories for current and future products based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and Customer Experience (CX) needs. Develops a strategy on how to market and promote new products to consumers and clients to contribute to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets.

Develops testing procedures for onsite, monthly, and quarterly assessments with detailed documentation review. Coordinates with business teams and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities and translate these into product requirements.

Coordinates with talented technical partners from engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in a fast-paced, agile development process to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry. Approves budget resource levels and product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.

Applies highly developed leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing product management teams and talent in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment to ensure industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's strategies and end-product offerings.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements 7-10 years work experience Adept at problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Adept at business intelligence Preferred Qualifications Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.

Healthcare or Epic Experience preferred. Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
