Associate Analyst, Data Science

Job Description Summary -Entry level data science associate analyst for delivery and/or operations in a less complex business capability. Job Description Major Accountabilities: Supports the team in data extraction, cleaning, and preparation from enterprise sources (e.g., Workday, recruitment, HR, or workforce datasets) to enable downstream analytics and modeling.

Performs descriptive and diagnostic analysis using Python / SQL / Excel to answer well‑defined business questions under guidance from senior analysts or data scientists. Builds reproducible analytics outputs (tables, metrics, trend views, basic visualizations) with clear documentation of assumptions, filters, and calculations.

Assists in model experimentation and evaluation (e.g., feature preparation, validation datasets, result interpretation) for workforce, talent, or AI‑enabled use cases. Contributes to automation and reporting workflows (Power BI, Power Automate, scheduled data refreshes) to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.

Learns and adheres to data quality, governance, and privacy standards , proactively flagging data gaps or inconsistencies.
