This leader will oversee a team of Operation Engineers who act as single liaison between Operations and Engineering owning (1) Sourcing problems: Filtering signals from DSP feedback and ops listening tools to identify and prioritize engineering programs (2) Centralizing reporting: Owning consolidated operational dashboards (e.g., Pulse Dashboard) that provide a single pane of glass across SP&E programs (3) Bridging the gap: Serving as the dedicated conduit that translates operational pain points into actionable engineering requirements, eliminating the current ad hoc handoff model. - 7+ years of manufacturing or manufacturing engineering experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities - Experience leading and managing a team
