Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.

The Senior Manager, Trading Influencers will play a critical role in accelerating growth for Disney+ through strategic, results-oriented influencer activity to drive incremental subscribers, and shaping how the channel contributes within the broader media mix, informing investment decisions and trade-offs.

Reporting to the Acquisition and Retention Director, the Senior Manager, Trading Influencers will lead the strategy for the EMEA region, ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines, resonates with key audiences and delivers measurable commercial results such as acquisition and ROI.

They will focus on continuously improving the performance of this crucial channel developing and iterating on playbooks through innovation and experimentation, closely partnering with key stakeholders including Brand, Content and Studios marketing, and local market teams to unlock collaborations and incremental opportunities.

Additionally, they will manage a Manager, Trading Influencers, who oversee the full operational workflow for all campaigns in UKI, from talent sourcing and contracting to creative development, A/B testing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in influencer marketing and performance media.

They are comfortable working in matrixed organizations, thrive in fast-moving and evolving environments, and combine creative instinct with a sharp analytical mindset. This is a Fixed Term Contract role, parental cover, until September 2027.

This is an office-based role with a hybrid setup: four days per week in our Hammersmith, London office, and one day remote . These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day. What You Will Do Campaign Strategy & Execution Own and lead the EMEA trading influencer strategy, defining the role of the channel within the broader acquisition ecosystem and driving incremental subscriber growth.

Shape campaign direction and execution to deliver against commercially focused KPIs, including CPA and ROI. Oversee campaign delivery through effective team leadership, ensuring best-in-class workflows across briefing, creative development, approvals and performance tracking in UKI.

Creative Development & Campaign Optimization Define and drive the creative strategy for performance-led influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with Disney+ brand guidelines and resonance with target audiences. Lead a structured testing agenda across content and messaging to continuously improve conversion and efficiency.

Translate performance data into actionable insights to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy. Partner with paid media teams to integrate influencer activity into holistic media plans and maximise impact. Own and optimise budget allocation, tracking performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improved return.

Regional Support & Collaboration Act as a strategic partner to EMEA markets, connecting influencer activity with Brand, Content and Social to maximise overall effectiveness. Build and scale a regional influencer pipeline, identifying high-performing formats and enabling replication across markets.

Establish and share best practices, benchmarks and playbooks to drive continuous improvement across the region. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Global Growth, Brand & Content Marketing, and TWDC Influencer teams to ensure aligned, cohesive strategies.

Contribute to planning cycles, identifying influencer-led growth opportunities and informing broader priorities. Ensure all influencer activity adheres to legal, regulatory and brand standards. Team management and development Manage and develop a team member, fostering growth, accountability and high performance Required Qualifications & Skills Proven strong manager-level experience in digital media.

Experience leading trading influencer programs, ideally focused on performance/acquisition. Proven success managing end-to-end influencer campaigns that drive measurable results. Strong grasp of influencer platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content optimized for commercial KPIs.

Solid understanding of performance metrics (e.g. CPA) and data-driven decision making. Experience managing agencies and/or talent contracts. Skilled at juggling multiple projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

Core Competencies: Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong influencing skills. Confident presenter with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights. Adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications Experience in global, EMEA, or local commercial teams.

Knowledge of the SVOD industry and/or a passion for entertainment and pop culture.
