- Ownership of General Ledger Accounting in a multi-entity environment
- Direct interface to Group Accounting and Reporting functions

- Leadership and development of a team of 5–6 FTE
- What you’ll do
- Lead the General Ledger function across all German entities
- Own the full closing process (monthly, quarterly, annual – HGB / IFRS)
- Ensure accuracy of journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Deliver validated financial data and reporting packages to Group Accounting
- Drive consistency and reliability in financial accounting processes
- What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in General Ledger Accounting in multi-entity environments
- Initial leadership experience or readiness to step into a team lead role
- Deep knowledge of HGB (IFRS is a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Workday Finance) is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
