Account Finance Lead, Director The Opportunity: Lead the civil health account’s long-term strategic business objectives and the day-to-day finan cia l management of the overall business. E nga ge regularly with senior executives at the company and lead discussions and activities required to achieve the account’s finan cia l goals.
Coordinate the activities of an approximately 30+ person program finance team in the health account, including managing and implementing a bottom-up forecasting process, identifying and managing risk effectively in accordance with the company's ERM process, and talent assessment.
Manage a complex and matrixed organization that provides insights into business performance to corporate and senior leadership. Lead in alignment with the company's values while creating a cohesive community of practice filled with develop ment and learning opportunities amongst the finance talent base.
You Have: 10+ years of experience with leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high-performing company Experience with leading the finance function of a company, including best practices in annual planning and finan cia l analysis Experience with managing the finan cia l operations of a services business Experience with finance and accounting at a government services provider, including FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance Experience with leading an FP & A function for a government services provider Knowledge of ERP accounting systems, including Oracle Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop , lead, advise, direct, and retain a robust team in a collaborative environment Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integrating entities into a standardized and organized finan cia l performance model Ability to display a boardroom presence and communicate effectively with internal and external constituents Possession of excellent presentation skills , including verbal and written communication skills Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
