Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to perform data or business analytics to generate insights and recommendations. This includes following analytical best practices, analyzing and reporting accurate results, and identifying meaningful insights that directly support decision making.

This role aids in supporting one functional area of the business in partnership with other team members. What You Will Do Assist senior managers and lead analysts with building project plans and ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and timeline; provide high quality and timely delivery with insights and recommendations.

Communicate analyses and insights to leaders by summarizing conclusions and solutions; translate analytics and statistics into clear, understandable themes for business leaders; identify specific analytic results that drive actionable insights.

Utilize knowledge shared by more senior associates on how to best leverage disparate data sources, relevant internal/external data, and strong domain expertise to deliver on business needs. Ensure analyses and insights are accurate, impactful, timely and efficient.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools. Translate complex data into understandable insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Provide input into framework for measuring the impact of data analytics function is used where/when appropriate; participate in discussions of impact with stakeholders after each project.

Participate in the process of testing and deploying new tracking solutions while monitoring and optimizing existing integrations.
