Job Posting Title: Coordinator, Production Innovation (DET) Req ID: 10153843 Job Description: Role Overview The Coordinator, Production Innovation supports the day-to-day operations of the Production Innovation team and the Innovation Lab, provides direct administrative support to the Vice President, Production Innovation, and coordinates cross-functionally with creative, production, and technology teams to ensure initiatives run smoothly.

Responsibilities Manage department calendars, organize internal meetings, capture notes, and support follow-through Track team priorities, timelines, milestones, and action items to ensure alignment across initiatives Maintain team databases (e.g., Airtable) and generate regular reports for cross-team visibility Support department operations, including supplies, IT and facilities coordination, and maintenance of internal documentation and SharePoint resources Coordinate Innovation Lab tours, demonstrations, and events, including logistics, materials, and participant coordination Assist in preparing presentation decks, sizzles, and internal materials for executive, creative, and team needs Provide direct administrative support to the Vice President, Production Innovation, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in television production, post-production, or a related media environment with exposure to production technology, tools, or innovation-driven workflows Experience supporting executives and teams, including meeting coordination, calendar management, travel, and expense processing Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience coordinating meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements in a fast-paced environment Comfort working with new tools and technologies including AI, with enthusiasm for applying them within production and creative workflows Proficiency with Airtable and other database or tracking systems used to manage projects, workflows, and operational processes Applicants must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Burbank, CA, because this role requires being on-site four days each week.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working cross-functionally with creative, production, and technology teams Hands-on experience applying AI tools within creative, production, or technology workflows Experience creating presentation decks, marketing materials, or video content for internal or executive audiences Required Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,700 to $72,300 per year based on a 40- hour work week.

The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
